  • Time to Resolve Your Request or Complaint. Your requests will be handled no later than 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended by weekend days and public holidays that are common within the Czech Republic).

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Agreement

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial shipment, or the last piece, in the case of a purchase agreement for multiple items from a single order, or delivery of the product in several partial shipments or pieces).
  • Where Can You Exercise Your Rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase agreement, notify us through your user account. Alternatively, contact us at the email address info@nlelektro.cz or phone number 776242870. Withdrawal from the purchase agreement can be made by any clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for the purchase agreement, but it is not mandatory.
  • Address for Returning Goods. A return label is usually available in the user account on nl-elektro.cz. Alternatively, please contact us via the email address info@nlelektro.cz or phone number 776242870 to ensure your rights for returning goods and arrange an individual procedure.
  • Timely Withdrawal from the Agreement. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the purchase agreement, it is sufficient to send your notification about exercising the right to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

What Happens When You Withdraw from the Purchase Agreement? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, we will return without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising due to your choice of a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us).

  • Refunds. For this refund, we will use the same payment means you used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees due to this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • Obligation to Return Goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us about your withdrawal from the purchase agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.
  • Costs of Returning Goods. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK without postage (i.e., from 990.01 CZK), we cover the direct cost of return shipping. The direct cost of returning goods, which by their nature cannot be returned by normal postal method, is borne by you.
  • Reduction in the Value of Goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will offset our claim for damages against the purchase price you are claiming back. We will always assess each specific case to determine the extent of damage or depreciation of goods and establish the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the provided email address.
  • Inability to Withdraw from the Purchase Agreement. These cases are detailed in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
